Q:How much do you charge ?
A:Commercial service is $110/hr, Residential is $90/hr, with a 1 hour service call minimum. A trip charge of $20 may be added for areas outside our service area. There are no extra charges for evening or weekend services.
Q:Will I be without my computer for very long ?
A:Most repairs are done same-day, onsite. The only exception being virus removal, which usually done overnight. This is due to the multiple scans that must be done to ensure the computer has been cleaned of all malicious software.
Q:Do I have to come to you ?
A:We come to you at your convenience, service is usually done at your home or office.
