Q:Will I be without my computer for very long ?
A:Most repairs are done same-day, onsite. The only exception being virus removal, which can take 24-48 hrs. This is due to the multiple scans that must be done to ensure the computer has been cleaned of all malicious software.
Q:Do I have to come to you ?
A:We come to you at your convenience, service is usually done at your home or office.
Q:How much do you charge ?
A:Commercial service is $120/hr, Residential is $100/hr, with a 1 hour service call minimum. A trip charge of $25 may be added for areas outside our service area. Evening or weekend services are available for an extra fee.
